Owing to the unprecedented times we are in, the clinic has had to make a few changes to make sure that everyone remains safe during COVID-19 Pandemic. Following the General Osteopathic Council, the Institute of Osteopathy and NHS guidelines the following have been put in place:

A 15 minute break between patients to allow for disinfection to take place;

PPE will be worm by the osteopath during your treatment. Please don’t be alarmed by this. It is to keep patient and Osteopath safe;

Soft coverings have been removed for hygiene reasons;

Patients looking to rebook will have to do so via online booking system only as I have taken the decision to temporarily suspend the reception area. I’m really sorry but this means there will not be any area to wait in.

I would ask the patient to:

Not to enter the premises if symptoms of a cold or hayfever is present, been travelling in the last 2 weeks or not been social distancing themselves;

Arrive on time for your appointment so that physical distancing rules can be applied and so that I can ventilate the room as appropriate;

Wear a mask or scarf over mouth for hygiene reasons if at all possible;

Wash hands or use hand sanitizer before entering the premises. Hand sanitiser will be provided in clinic of course:

Please do not touch anything other than what’s necessary.

Clinic practice is slowly becoming normal for me now and I hope that each and every patient receives the same warm welcome every time and receives the treatment that they deserve.

Thank you to one and all xx
